Jacob is a solicitor admitted to practise in the Supreme Courts of Queensland and South Africa.

 

He has over 25 years’ experience practising as a solicitor mainly specialising in structuring financial transactions, investments, loans and restructuring of debt.

During this time he also gained extensive experience in commercial litigation matters, and has been involved in structuring private equity funding and venture capital for niche products. Jacob also spent some time as in-house counsel for a funds management firm.
